General Dynamics Stryker After Effects, combustion, Maya, mental ray, Photoshop, XSI March 2007
Set in a Post war Vancouver backdrop. This is the finale shot of the visual effects short I completed.
Stryker was modeled in XSI and brought to Maya for texturing, then brought back to XSI to be rendered in Mental ray.
Matte painting was done in Photoshop and based on war torn images of Iraq, Bosnia, Lebanon, Chechenia and Sierra Leone...
Compositing was done in AfterEffects with some Combustion particles.
The rest of the elements are heavily composited stock footage.
